All-terrain wheels with front suspension, as well as a multi-position reclining seats allow children to weigh up to 50 lbs. The Cloud was awarded one of the lowest scores in our quality tests due to the fact that it has a thin, hard plastic seat and a design which is dated. It's also more expensive than other strollers with lighter weights, so it's not a good choice when you're looking for a budget alternative.
It's not the lightest stroller but it has enough features to be worth considering. Its swiveling wheels make it easy for you to move it around flat surfaces. It can also jump curbs with ease. The Cloud's low, almost knee-high handle is a drawback. It's not adjustable and it's not adjustable. It's not comfortable to push your legs hanging in the air like that, and it doesn't help that it's not padded.
In our tests during our testing, we discovered the Cloud to be simple to set up and open. Close it is a little more difficult. You need to slide the slider, and then press a large white button. This can be frustrating particularly if you're trying to keep track of kids while doing it.
The Cloud comes with a tiny, but deep storage basket. It's big enough to fit an enormous diaper bag. It's not the greatest width however it's likely that you'll need to put something in it to reach the back to retrieve it. The Cloud comes with a parent tray and a child tray, each with two cup holders. But both are too small for larger bottles or cups.

Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS is a fairly barebones lightweight double stroller that is great to travel with. It weighs just 18 pounds and is lighter than many single strollers. and folds flat for easy transport and storage. It also comes with independently reclined seats and large all-weather SPF 50 sun visors with windows that peek out and extra-large under-seat storage bags. The visors are adjustable to fit kids of various heights. It also has an integrated parking brake with one step and is Disney-sized certified.
The swivel wheels of the Jeep are also great for maneuvering over bumps and uneven surfaces. This stroller is not compatible with car seats. Your child must be at least six months old and possess a strong neck control to use the front seat. The stroller comes with an umbrella sun canopy with three panels and each seat comes with a cupholder and snack tray.
Another incredibly lightweight side-by-side stroller is the Valco Baby Snap Duo Trend. It's a bit heavier than the Kolcraft Cloud Plus at 23 pounds, but it's slim and narrow (26.5 inches wide!) It has a lot of luxurious details that make it ideal for travel. It's a simple fold, is very maneuverable and can be tucked away in trunks and overhead compartments of airplanes easily.
The Joovy Kooper X2 tri-folds and is ultralight, like the Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ Double or Mountain Buggy Nano Duo. It's pretty comparable to the Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS, however, it does have some distinct differences. It's a little more expensive, but it has a better sun canopy and more maneuverability. It also has a convenient carry strap and can hold children as heavy as 44 pounds per seat.
Summer 3D Pac CS+ for infants
If you're looking for a stroller that's light in weight but also packed with features look no further than Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+. It's not just light at only 13 pounds but also has a lot of storage space, including child and parent cupholders and a sippy-cup bag for the child and a parent's storage pouch and more. This stroller is also able to fit a child's car seat and features a brake that can be used flip-flop. It's designed to evolve with your children from a baby stroller to an adult stroller by attaching the car seat adapters (sold separately) and is suitable for children aged 6 months of age and up.
Another thing to take note of about this stroller is that it has swivel wheels and doesn't come with locking options therefore it may not be the best option for rocky or sloping terrain. It's still a good option for most families, as it is able to be easily maneuvered on paved surfaces and other smooth surfaces.

It also has a huge canopy that we found to be more effective at blocking out sun than other strollers in our evaluation of the top double strollers .
The stroller is light enough to be able to maneuver through door frames. This was an important issue with other strollers we tested.
